Why I use it

Drupal 7 is where I learned many of the lessons that still influence how I architect Drupal projects today. Its flexibility made almost anything possible, but it also taught the importance of planning for long-term maintainability. Those lessons continue to shape how I approach modern Drupal architecture.

How I use it

Drupal 7 became the foundation for many of the largest projects I've worked on, including enterprise websites, SaaS applications, higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and government organizations. Its flexibility allowed me to build everything from traditional content management systems to highly customized web applications and complex integrations.

Throughout the Drupal 7 era I developed custom modules, implemented enterprise integrations, designed migration strategies, optimized performance, and guided organizations through years of continuous growth. Even today, many organizations are still planning or completing their transition away from Drupal 7, making this experience particularly valuable during modernization efforts.

Clients benefit from that historical perspective because successful migrations require more than understanding the destination. They require understanding how legacy Drupal 7 sites were built and how to evolve them without losing valuable content or functionality.
